Wyatt DIY Return and Refund Policy
At Wyatt DIY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below:
1. Returns
You may return unused and unopened items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:
- Eligibility for Return: Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions for returning the product, along with a return authorization number (RMA).
- Shipping Costs for Returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted, such as when items are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are returned outside the 30-day return window.
- Non-Refundable Items: Custom or personalized products, clearance items, and gift cards are non-refundable unless defective or damaged.
3. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product for a different item or size, please follow the return process above. Once we receive the returned item, we will ship the replacement, subject to availability. If the item you wish to exchange is unavailable, we will offer you a refund or an alternative product.
4. Defective or Damaged Items
If your product arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
5. Non-Returnable Items
